Chelsea are set to receive £4 million from Fulham as part of their loan agreement for Armando Broja, according to reports.

Broja joined Fulham in the January transfer window in order to secure more playing time for the remainder of the season.

However, the 22-year-old is yet to start a Premier League game for Fulham and has made just four appearances as a substitute.

According to MailOnline, Chelsea allowed Fulham to sign Broja for no fee on the condition that the striker played in 60 per cent or more of their remaining games.

The report adds that Broja will now need to start all 10 of Fulham’s remaining fixtures in order for the club to avoid paying a £4m loan fee to Chelsea.

Broja is facing stiff competition for a place in Fulham’s attack due to the form of Rodrigo Muniz, who has scored five goals in his last six appearances.

Fulham are also set to welcome back Raul Jimenez, who has been sidelined since the end of January with a hamstring injury.

Speaking last month about Broja’s situation at Fulham, Marco Silva said: ‘He has to wait for his chance.

‘We really believe he is the right guy to be here. He arrived on deadline day before the Burnley game and he had 20 minutes on the pitch but Rodrigo scored and then the game after Rodrigo scored twice.

‘Unfortunately for him, last week he was unwell and missed the match but now he is available and I will decide what the best solution will be to start the game.

‘He’s working hard at a different club with a different style and he needs time to adapt and understand things. It takes time but we can see his quality.’
