Harry Redknapp has boldly tipped his former club Tottenham to derail Arsenal’s Premier League title hopes in Sunday’s north London derby.

Mikel Arteta’s side head into the clash at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as the favourites as they continue to fight for their first top-flight trophy in 20 years.

The Gunners sit top of the table, one point clear of Manchester City, but Pep Guardiola’s side have a game in hand and can leapfrog Arsenal if they slip up.

BetVictor currently have Arsenal as 4/6 favourites to win this weekend’s north London derby, while they are offering 3/1 for a draw and 10/3 for a Spurs victory.

‘Here we go, what a game this should be!’ Redknapp told BetVictor. ‘Tottenham have been involved in so many thrillers this season and this should be no different.

‘Spurs have some massive fixtures to end the season, none bigger than this. Can they derail Arsenal’s title charge?

‘As bad as Chelsea were during the week, I thought Arsenal were exceptional at times. Some of the passes and moves they had were just a joy to watch.

‘This looks like the biggest test for them on paper. Win this, and that could be them on the verge.

‘We saw during the week that rivals love ending title dreams. There will be Spurs fans at this game who remember when Arsenal won the league at White Hart Lane, they’ll be so up for this one.

‘I think Spurs have it in them to get a something here. 2-2!’

Meanwhile, Redknapp has picked Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard as his player to watch out for in the north London derby.

‘Martin Odegaard was absolutely brilliant during the week, a joy to watch with the ball at his feet,’ Redknapp added.

‘There’s not many better in the country than this fella when he’s in that mood.’
